Work, and... more work.

This is a good problem to have, lots of WORK. I don't know where it comes from, I don't see it when it's gone. But, to be sure, it is upon us. Every day. There is no denying it, for it won't be ignored. It must be dealt with. It never ends. :)

...and the rains came...

Whew! A nasty night of rain here in Georgia. I do not like rain. Rain has a history of causing very bad things in my life. More on that later, for now my feelings are known.
Let's see what is happening today. I'm at work and keeping busy. Working on two projects at once. Running back and forth between rooms. I guess I should paint a picture of work so you'll have reference: I work in a Video Production Facility with two edit suites. Me, being the only "editor" here on most days, usually have "something" going on in each room. If I don't, then I must be slacking off (which I do).

Lunch - 2 pbj's and a bag of Cheetos, I'll have an apple later.
I bring my lunch almost everyday. The money saved is incredible. I used to eat out frequently due to laziness, and (honestly) and addiction to fast-food. I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS! Well, I seem to have gotten a handle on it, and my weight as well. I like to think that by being frugal with lunch money I've funded at least one of my trips to the Caribbean!

Hey kids, how are you? I'm doing well.
You know that time of day when it's too bright not to wear your sunglasses yet it's dark enough to have your headlights on? I love driving in that hour. I find my fingers turning up the stereo and slumping a little bit lower in the seat during that magic time. (sigh)

Hello Universe (as I expect even the furthest stretches of the Galaxy will be waiting in GREAT ANTICIPATION to read about what's going on in the mind of flexstallion)!

If you are reading this, be forewarned, I am pulling no punches. This forum is meant to be theraputic for me, and perhaps entertaining for you. We'll see how it goes. That being said, I would rate this as R. Not so much for the nudity, but for the language and vulgarities of my mind's eye. Worst than a sailor sometimes.



Well, what is going on today? I'm at work. Work, for me, has many shapes and forms. Meaning: I do a number of things and together they make up a lump of cash. I only hope the lump of cash I amass equals the amount of bills we collect during the month.

Today (like most days) I'm editing video. In particular, I'm cutting some personal coaching segments for a Loan Officer Teacher/Coach. Thrilling stuff, but.... if you're a loan officer, it might interest you. Not doing much for me, though.

Hey Hey! Just got my Quickbook 2011 for Mac today! YAY! This will surely help in the workflow of my business. Yes... I have my own business. Let me tell you, it's not for the faint of heart. I'm still deciding if I'm one of those types. Over-all, it is extremely rewarding. :)
